The only thing I can think of is to make the cooldown period for the kit very high. This might be a good feature to request on one of the kit plugin threads on the bukkit forums.
There should be a plugin like this on bukkit forums.
Link or GTFO :tongue.gif:
It's pretty obvious by the word he used, "should", that he was making an assumption.. I'm sure if he knew for a fact there was a link that could do this he would have linked to it. Are you too good to go to the bukkit forums and have a look for yourself?

Actually, the reason I said what I did is that I have already been there and found that although Damien711 has the unreasonable and unsupported expectation that bukkit magically have this feature in a kit plugin, it in fact does not exist.

Really?
Then perhaps you'd like to explain how that feature to which I was referring (the same feature the original poster was asking about) actually works?
How exactly do you issue single-use kits?

put a ridicously high cool down period. something like 10000000000000000000000

It does in fact magically exist:

Complete with cool-down timers.
