So i want to set up a ramdisk for my server, i think the idea of a 1200 mb/s transfer speed is wonderful :biggrin.gif:
I found a guide on how to setup a ramdisk, now my question is how do i make my ramdisk periodically sync with my hard drive say every 5 minutes? That way if there is a crash or something goes wrong i will still have my stuff saved.
I have been Googleing this and looking everywhere, so if any has experience with ramdisks i would appreciate the help.

Set xnote stopwatch to run for say 5 mins then start a file with a dos command and then reset
a command like...
xcopy F:\minecraft "C:\RAM BACKUPS" /e /y
/e copies all sub directories
/y suppresses the prompt for overwrite option
replacing F: and C: for whatever drive letters you use
put that command into a .txt file and rename it to be .bat
