Hi, I am intrigued in Club Uptime's offers. I can get a roughly 2 gig 10$ minecraft server with the 25% off promo deal on OpenVZ but before I buy, are they any good? What do you guys think?

2GB burstable RAM doesn't mean "roughly" 2GB, it means that if you need 2GB total for a few seconds then you can have it if no one else is using it. The performance of your MC server is tied to dedicated RAM and till (if ever) Notch learns how to optimize the server it will require gobs of RAM to run smoothly.
Low bandwidth limits can be a real problem. Also 200GB bandwidth usually means 100 in and 100 out, which is really not going to be enough for a game server that sees some use till (if ever) Notch learns how to pack more info into a lot fewer packets (like MMOs do).
ahh, when i said roughly, i was referring to the price. Its normally 2 gigs ram with 4 gigs burstable. About the bandwith, should i just ask if its unmetered or ? And also, are they reliable (meaning does their offer on OpenVZ sound good or not)
There's a lively discussion going on about whether OpenVZ is good of bad for java apps. In the end it depends on the app, a badly coded app is going to not perform well on any server. I know a lot of servers run on OpenVZ and they do just fine.
I don't have a good idea whether that's enough or not. You could keep a close eye on it and throttle usage if you get too close at the end of the month and then upgrade as appropriate. $15 for 2GB dedicated is a good deal imo, do note that the cPanel license is extra so be sure to be comfortable around ssh and the command line. I'd pick a 32bit OS to cut down on OS memory usage and you should be ok for less than 20 users.

The bandwidth isn't unmetered. Their Level 3 account gives you 400GB (200 in and 200 out) http://www.clubuptime.com/vps/budget/
