cmds currently do not work for irc with hyvebuild, nor will people in server be able to read messages that people in irc post.

remove the "#" from in front of the lines. those are used to identify a comment. something for the program to ignore.

if you type <botsname> <message> then it does show in the server.
i have a modified irc that removes the hazardous commands and makes anything said in irc visible in-game. i could upload a copy later today.
