Uh, i have a bit of a problem. My server only lets me on, or any other accounts from the same IP as the server, but if anyone else tries, its says that it cant connect. Any suggestions?

Hey guys?

What is the difference between this and a normal one you download off Minecraft.net? u get ranks and multipl maps? cant u have those anyway?
