Hey, so me and my friend were trying to connect to a single-player game he had via LAN. We are on the same network and everything (as well as having our computers close together), so his game appeared right away when I looked in "Multiplayer". However, once I click to join it, it gets stuck on "connecting to server...". After about 3-5 minutes, it says "connection time timed out" (or something like that).
If you have a software firewall, make sure that it is disabled. If it still doesn't work, try to directly connect to his server via his internal IP address.
Please help on what is wrong and how to fix it!
