Whats the exact issue, I'm not totally familiar with MCPE but I could try and help. If the issue is it wont stay open in the background then what does that mean for MCPE?

if i were to exit the app and go to the multiplayer for mcpe app then go back to mcpe then mcpe will restart. this is only with jailbreak problem

Oh, Well that could be an issue with jailbreaking your idevice.
