server was working fine
didnt change anything
it randomly started crashing
while trying to start server

The Java version changed

You will need Java 21

Currently, the Server is using Java 23

i do have java 21 installed
should i remove 23 version ?

removed all java version and installed java 21 again
and that fixed it
