Just for testing - take a look at MultiMC, AT Launcher and Technic Launcher
Okay I got some more info. I tried using MultiMC and for some reason it ran into the same issue, and wouldn't use GPU 0. I did notice that it was using the javaw.exe separate from the app, unlike Modrinth. I'll show you what I mean:
MultiMC: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-19\bin\javaw.exe
Modrinth:
C:\Users\surji\AppData\Roaming\com.modrinth.theseus\meta\java_versions\zulu17.46.19-ca-jre17.0.9-win_x64\bin\javaw.exe
Vanilla uses: C:\Users\surji\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.4297127D64EC6_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\runtime\java-runtime-gamma\windows-x64\java-runtime-gamma\bin\javaw.exe
Modrinthis using an own java 17 build - MultiMC the Java version from your system
The Nvidia Control Panel should be still working
Press the Windows Button and search for Nvidia Control Panel
OMFG I THINK IT WORKS I just had to change Modrinth's java path to the vanilla one for whatever reason. I tried this cause vanilla worked and it used a different one.
I'll obviously get back to you if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it works!
