Everytime i try and join a aternos server my minecraft gives me this error:

io.netty.handler.codec.decoderexception java.lang.indexoutofboundsexception: index 26 out of bounds for length 9

I dont know how to fix it. i have tried disableing my firewall and all the other things the internet suggested and it just doesnt work

Make a test with disabled firewall and antivirus program

It doesn't seem to help i still get the same error

Same issue with other servers?

Maybe also try another Launcher

did you ever find the solution and if so what was it

In some cases, it helps to change the DNS

Try to add the port to the end of the server address, if you are still having this issue.
