I just purchased the minecraft java edition. But everytime i try to launch the game it shows

" couldn't load launcher core from 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\game\launcher.dll':LoadErrorNotPresent "

Then it shows

"Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Enviroment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. try to reinstall Minecraft"

i have uninstalled and reinstalled it dozens of time but the problem presists can anyone help me out...

Test it with the alternate download:

Already tried using alternate download it still doesnt work.

Test it with another working directory:

i tried it but it still doesn't work and the " .minecraft " and " Minecraft Launcher " folders are empty except for the MinecraftLauncher.exe

Test it with running AdwCleaner and test it again

i Tried everything , nothing works i tried installing it on my friends computer is works there but not on my computer i dont know why. can you help me with that
