Well i did it first try and it crashed but with no report like the one that says ''ERROR GAME CRASHED An unexpected issue occurred and the game crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience'' not sure if thats what u meant. thx

Hi!... again. Sorry for being so anoying but when i added the mods it crashes, its something to do with the ID form something in the mod Eternal Frost but i checked config to see of i could change but idk how. Can u tell me how? thx

It's a problem has been around for a few years with Eternal Frost.
I think the ID number itself is invalid, not conflicting. It appears to be to long in digits.
The easiest solution is to remove the mod. The harder solution is to remake the modpack, loading Eternal Frost first, then the other mods until you get the crash again, possibly identifying the other conflicting mod(s).

Another test:
Delete all files in /1.7.10/
Start the game until is it crashing again
Then put the downloaded file into the 1.7.10 folder
Is will ask you to overwrite this file - do it and test it again

It's a problem has been around for a few years with Eternal Frost.
I think the ID number itself is invalid, not conflicting. It appears to be to long in digits.
The easiest solution is to remove the mod. The harder solution is to remake the modpack, loading Eternal Frost first, then the other mods until you get the crash again, possibly identifying the other conflicting mod(s).
