So recently I've been getting this error whenever I try and startup Minecraft. I'm playing on Java 1.16.4 and I haven't been able to start it up. The error is "java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError Exit Code: -1". I tried for special characters in my windows username, but that didn't work out either. Here are the crash logs. Here's a screenshot too

Having special characters in your windows username, or an exclamation mark at the end, breaks Java's ability to work with files needed for Minecraft.
