So me and my friends are playing on an smp but I can't see their skins... but they can see mine, I tried going on hypixel and some other servers and there I can see only some players' skins...
i searched about this a lot and most people say that its because my firewall or something might be blocking skins server from connecting, some say that it might be my internet but Its not my internet as i usually get very stable internet so its unlikely for that to happen. can anybody help?
i ran the adware cleaner and it didn't find anything... i also checked the incompatible software and I don't have any of that software either except discord (I've already closed overlay on discord too)

Try a different launcher like MultiMC or Technic Launcher.

still the same issue, only a few skins show, rest are default
Post a HijackThis log.
Download it here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5 beta/HijackThis.exe/download
Run HijackThis as Administrator, click on "I accept", then "Do a system scan and save a log file".
Then a text file will open. Copy everything, then paste it on https://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
