I bought minecraft in 2017 and been playing since. I can't seem to get a free copy of bedrock edition even though I logged in before 2018. I am confused, it would be great if someone can help me, thank you!
Hi, I bought a prepaid card for the Java Edition, which says it gives you a code to redeem the Windows 10 Edition. I didn't know at the time that the Windows 10 redeem expired. How can I swap the Java Edition for the Windows 10 Edition? The Java Edition have no use for me as I want to play Minecraft with friends which have Bedrock. In the card it doesn't say anywhere that the redeem code for Windows 10 expires, so there's no way I knew beforehand, but I am sure there is a way I they can swap it for me, right?

No there is not a way to change the code for a different version, and in the future please make your own thread rather than posting in someone elses thread which is about something different to your issue
