I had ran it 8 days ago and it found nothing, the only programs I have installed since then are the ones suggested on this thread, it deleted a help and a search bar.
I tried the official launcher using cloudflare DNS, it still hangs and the latest log doesn't show anything different than before.
TechnicLauncher and the old launcher still don't launch.
Second Edit: So, I thought perhaps it needed more memory allocated and tried to launch it to (find the place) to add it, but now it won't even load (second image)
Third Edit: Restarted the computer, allocated 6 to ram (on vanilla, official) tried to join multiplayer, it didn't work. Tried joining the new world on multiplayer <(single player), it froze again and the latest log has nothing new on it. I'm still using those cloudflare DNS, can/should I change them back to what I had?
It would be much better to know what to fix, rather than having to "fix the computer" just because one program doesn't work! D':
I had pasted a link in a message above, to a newer log that was thrown using MultiMC launcher, I wonder if you saw it, someone told me the log listed MacOS as my system instead of Windows 10, so maybe there is something that could help in that log? I wish I knew.
Run the AdwCleaner:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
If this is not helping, change the DNS to cloudflare:
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10

You can also test running jarfix:
https://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html
I'm not sure if I have to do anything other than running that program as admin, how do I test run it?
If it's just launching it first and then trying out Minecraft, it doesn't do anything for the official launcher.
I tried creating a new world to open it to LAN and it's stuck here, I don't know if this is normal, it's been stuck here for 20 minutes:
Oh! The latest log changed:

If possible, you can upload your map - then I can take a closer look
Ooh! What a good idea! Here it is.
And I had also gotten a new log using the MultiMC launcher.
I can check it later
You can follow the given information there:
https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCL-6550
I can't download that map (only with premium access)
Put that map into a zip file and upload it to another file hoster
OK, could you suggest one, please?
Test it with file-upload.net
here it is: https://www.file-upload.net/download-14379922/NewWorld.zip.html
I can load the map without problems - so they are fine
I think it is an issue with your system - maybe try to reset it
How do I reset it?
You can follow this guide:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-refresh-reset-or-restore-your-pc-51391d9a-eb0a-84a7-69e4-c2c1fbceb8dd
Resetting the system will keep your personal files - backup them anyway
I'm not sure I can do that, I don't have the time nor the energy, and I need to work everyday (from this computer)
I am out of ideas - if the native launcher and even some custom Launcher not working then it is maybe an issue with your system.
You can search and test for other launchers like AT Launcher or MultiMC
I might try ATLauncher, since I haven't yet.
It would be much better to know what to fix, rather than having to "fix the computer" just because one program doesn't work! D':

The MultiMC log gives the exit code -805306369
This is often an issue with allocated RAM or potential malware
Uninstall all java versions on your system and also reinstall the launcher at c/program files/minecraft launcher/
Do not install a new java version - the launcher should use its own java version
also run adwcleaner again and restart the PC
