I was just wondering if anyone has experienced my issue and if so, was it solved?
I have been trying since last year to run RTM in Minecraft 1.12.2 but can't. It always crashes on boot. I have tried with and without other mods. I have uninstalled Minecraft and Forge and re-installed from new downloaded packages, always with the same result.
Post the crash report. Crash reports are found in the crash-reports folder under the .minecraft folder or the folder where the Instance is stored.
Use https://paste.ubuntu.com/
Please accept my apologies for not getting back sooner. Most of us here are unwell so I don't get too much time to myself. I don't want you to think I've abandoned the thread. Sorry.
I had tried older Forge versions but always with the same results.
I tried versions of Forge, NGTLib and RTM from various websites but there was no difference.
Anyway, finally got to try the links you sent and they work!!! I don't understand why yours are different to anything I found but it works and I am very grateful for that.
Thank you both for helping me. And again, sorry for the delay.
Many sites do like to give incorrect versions, lie about recent updates, potentially add malicious things in mod files, and bypass the mod maker's own download ad.fly links where the mod maker makes a little money for their time, so don't use sites like this.
Get mods from CurseForge like the TileEntity's link above.

MrJorgeNava Thanks for your reply. I tried to post crash report here but it's too long. Didn't think of using external site. Duh!
Anyway, here is the link to it... https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/53QX4gwgnV/
PS. I didn't know about Ubuntu Pastebin so I've learnt something already!!
Try updating NGTLib and Real Train Mod.

Update NGTLib:

Or test it with an older Forge Version (Build 2611)
