Here is the error that pops up when I try to run minecraft off the technic launcher. All the other modpacks simply crash back to the launcher. Im running 16GB Ram on a Toshiba from 2012 using Intel HD Graphics that was last updated in 2016. Minecraft used to work on my computer way back in even 2013 but now its broken. From what I gathered my graphics card cannot be updated and it does support OpenGL.\

Unfortunately your laptop is from medieval ages and really doesn't meet Minecraft's system requirements.

Did you recently upgrade to Windows 10 or receive a Windows update? Because this is a very common issue after doing so due to Windows 10 not supporting the proper drivers, so it falls back to a basic driver which doesn't support OpenGL (a Windows update, even without an OS upgrade, could also cause issues due to no longer supporting an old driver). Otherwise, 1.2.3 should definitely be able to run on a system from 2012, in fact, back then the system requirements claimed that systems 10 years older could run the game (I myself first played on a system dating back to 2006 with no issues, even performance-wise, until 1.7+), and there is no reason why a computer would suddenly lose the ability to run software it was able to before if neither have been updated (the current system requirements only apply to recent versions), so a system file may have gotten corrupted.

Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
I was able to play minecraft through the official launcher on version 1.0, and I used to be able to play Minecraft just a few years ago.
