So whenever i try to launch minecraft and actually play I have around 3-4 fps when the minecraft task is on focus. But whenever i have it windowed and put another task in focus my fps is fine.

If anyone knows how to fix this, would be great! And also I use a 3440x1440 widescreen monitor so I dont know if that might be the issue?
The press "E" notification is hiding your RAM usage - what is the usage?
Does it also happen to other versions?
If you change the resolution of your desktop - are there any changes?
Also make sure you disabled overlays like Nvidia Experience
