Create a Backup of your .minecraft-Folder and delete it.

Start the game with 1.6.4 and close it in main menu

Install the latest forge-version: https://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.6.4-9.11.1.965/forge-1.6.4-9.11.1.965-installer.jar

Start the game and check if it will run

Remove CodeChcikenLib and use CodeChickenCore:

Make sure that inside the mods-Folder are only :

CodeChickenCore-1.6.4-0.9.0.9-universal

NotEnoughItems-1.6.4-1.6.1.9-universal

This is what happens

CB's DepLoader was unable to download required library
CodeChickenLib-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.62.jar
Check your internet
connection and try restarting or download it manually from
http://files.minecraftforge.net/CodeChickenLib//CodeChickenLib-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.62.jar
and put it in your mods folder

Add inside the mods-folder a new folder with the name "1.6.4"

In this folder, put this file and try it again

I still don't get any error but Minecraft won't load

Put a new crash report and logs.

Delete the /bin/ and the /config/ folder

Nothing has changed

Reinstall Minecraft from scratch.

Make sure in the mods-folder are only

CodeChickenCore-1.6.4-0.9.0.9-universal

NotEnoughItems-1.6.4-1.6.1.9-universal

1.6.4-folder

And inside the 1.6.4-folder:

CodeChickenLib-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.62
