Minecraft is running much slower than I think it should, I average about 50 fps with occasional dips into the 30s depending on where I look.
My system:
CPU: i7-7700k
RAM: 16 gb
Graphics: RX 5700
Looking at CPU usage it hovers around 30% while playing with NONE of the cores at 100%. Also most settings are on medium with render distance at 24 chunks, lowering setting does help the frame rate but not that much.
Firepilot777 Your System hardware looks alright so the problem could be that you didnt allocate your minecraft more ram. Minecraft starts with 1 GB of ram when installed so you probably need to install Java 64 bit and look for tutorials on the internet so your problem is Allocating Ram to your Minecraft

More RAM does not mean more FPS, it's a myth.

Minecraft is a badly coded game, only Mojang can fix it.
