As the title states, for a week now, I have been unable to log into my Minecraft account. Prior to this, I was able to play Java all fine, but just within the last week, I have had no success in logging in. In addition to this, when trying to request a password change due to this situation, a password change request email is not received in my inbox. I have been trying over and over for days now to no avail.
Several solutions that I have tried but failed to work are:
- Password Request Change X
- Logging into Mojang/Minecraft.net X
- Checking email Spam/Trash etc.
- Contacting Minecraft Support (None of the solutions listed on the support page have worked) X
-> the weird thing is that I am receiving Minecraft Support emails in my inbox but not password change
- I have switched to various wifi networks and that did not work either X
I am absolutely stumped at what to do and I would like any help as possible to be able to play Minecraft once more.
