The issue is when I log into minecraft java edition, I go to the multiplayer section to join my friends private/friend server. Given ip "hidden for reasons" h****a.mc.gg then it returns "cant resolve hostname" I try every trick under the sun and every solution given to my availability on the internet to no avail. the owner dosent want to give out the ip and insist I use the hostname given above. I login from a city next door on a different isp and it works just fine. I take it to my home network, and it dosent work at all. And this only applies to this specific server, any other server has worked with no common issues. furthermore, if I attempt to join and retry a few 30-40 times, it will eventually let me log in and play, forbid I disconnect for any reason it would take me 20mins to keep trying to log back in. If theres something wrong, a solution would be incredible, because im at a loss of words and well as the owner and players as well. I dont know if its a DNS issue or ISP or a router setting.
