Everytime I try to install a modpack in the twitch app I get the same error, in every modpack I try and I tried to uninstall and install the game again. Can someone please help?

Manualy download this file: https://libraries.minecraft.net/net/sf/jopt-simple/jopt-simple/4.5/jopt-simple-4.5.jar
Then put it here: C:\Users\dougl\Twitch\Minecraft\Install\libraries\net\sf\jopt-simple\jopt-simple\4.5\jopt-simple-4.5.jar
