Hey there. Not 100% confident if this is the right forum to post to, but I need some help!
I just put together my new setup, so I re-installed Minecraft on my new system to test out performance and whatnot, as my last system couldn't even manage 20 FPS.
So I create a new world, and everything is fantastic! I'm well above 150 FPS, and so far, no lag! After a while though, I noticed that something was wrong with the swimming function. Namely, I couldn't sprint-swim. Yes, my hunger bar was above 6, yes I was double tapping "W" on my keyboard, and yes, I was in the water. I'm playing on 1.14.4, so sprint-swimming should be enabled. I even switched to a couple previous versions(1.14.2 AND 1.13.2) of MC to see if it was an issue with 1.14.4(it's not. I couldn't sprint-swim in those previous versions either.)
I really don't know what to do here. If anyone could help me out, I'd really, really appreciate it!

Who double taps these days, there's a sprint button!
use left control (command on mac) to swim. It's far more reliable than double-tapping W.
