Hi, first time posting so forgive any mistakes I make. So I had this problem for awhile when I uninstalled and reinstalled my GPU in programs and features. It was awhile ago, so I don't remember the full reason why I did it; probably a game was using my intel graphics instead of nivida. But I noticed soon late that when I clicked on minecraft, my ram would spike to like 100% then drop back down just to do it all over again, resulting in like 5fps. I tried doing the "add more ram to mc in the launch menu", but that didn't work. Optifine didn't help at all either. However one instance did help for awhile; I watched a old video linked from a old mc forum post with the same problems like myself and it told me to uninstall Razer cortex and delete javalang?(i think). This solution only worked for a day just to return to its old ways again.Heres the crash report as sometimes instead of running on 5fps, it just crashes with (see title.)

Thanks for reading!
*also extra note, I already tried reinstalling java and mc
Your game is running out of memory. Allocate more RAM to Minecraft. Here's a tutorial on how to do so:
Mapping and Modding rules | Global rules
That won't help much as he's got environmental variables set to 256mb.
OP: See https://minecraftirc.net/support-articles/windows/env-vars/
Remove the -Xmx256M at the end of your java arguments for your minecraft version profile in your minecraft launcher "installations" tab
Nope, he have "-Xmx256M" in the _JAVA_OPTIONS variable in his environment settings.
Need to remove that from enviornment settings then.
