Hi everybody If you have and old gpu that does not work with Minecraft I can recommend to try mesa software rendering from this website https://fdossena.com/?p=mesa/index.frag to install it you need to replace windows opengl32.dll with the mesa opengl32.dll in Windows/System32
I personally used Linux to replace the dll file since windows does not allow to simply replace system files.Afterwards you should be able to boot minecraft 1.14 even if your gpu does not support it.Of course performance is going to be poor(for me it was 2-3 fps with 1x1 resource pack and superflat world on intel n270 1,6 ghz cpu other player who I recommended to try this reported ~7 fps without resourcepacks and default world type. Of course if you have proper cpu but outdated gpu you should be able to get better performance).
If it works you can verify that you are using software rendering by pressing f3 in game and in Display it should say 2.1 mesa uploaded a screenshot on how it might look.Of course as always don't forget to make backup of system files you are going to replace.Hope it helps. If anyone needs my help with installing it pm me.
