So recently I wanted to generate a free alternative account for Minecraft for something from a server (specifically Hypixel). I looked up a free account generator and the first result was a website used by thousands known as [redacted] I start the process of downloading the app and generating my alt, which successfully works! Except for one thing...
I can't log onto servers. It crosses my mind that in that case the alt is useless, so I try switching back to my main. It doesn't work. the email and password are correct, I know that, but it doesn't work. I went out of my way and changed the password. At this point I am livid. I go on my other crappy computer and guess what, I logged in perfectly fine on that crappy old laptop. The email and password are the exact same on both computers, but my PC just doesn't budge. I've tried everything, and the last thing I'm waiting on is about 14 hours. I tried going on my laptop where I could sign in and creating a security test, which is something another person on the internet who had the same problem did. I doubt this will work, but at this point I'm desperate. Please someone help me, I've had this account since 2012 and I really don't want it to go. Because Minecraft has gained more popularity recently, this account is one of the biggest things that connects me to my childhood, and it would suck to see it go.
I'm positive it's[redacted] fault, and if anyone knows what's going on and how to fix it, please tell me.
I'm going to sleep now, so I won't be responding to much for the next few hours.
Have you tried uninstalling the program? I would try to reinstall Minecraft too. Alts, especially free ones are frowned upon so I would suggest not using them at all, but if you need one buy another one from Mojang.com or the nearest market that sells the cards.
Well done you managed to use someone elses stolen account and at the same time mess up your own account.
Remove anything related to the 'free' or as others call them, stolen account, then edit your computers HOSTS file and remove anything in it related to Mojang. you can google how to do that while feeling bad for using stolen accounts.
Then change your minecraft accounts password as it will have been stolen and your own ,minecraft account added to the 'free' (stolen) account list. Also change any other passwords if you happen to reuse the same password, i bet the people who made the alt site you used have already tried to access your email with your minecraft email and password, or will soon.
Also run a full virus and malware scan as any free account software will likely have done more than give you access to a stolen minecraft account.
