Hello and good day to everyone browsing this thread. I'll like to start off that I am playing on a small server ran by friends and that I've noticed a couple game breaking bugs with 1.14.1 Java
For one we are all aware of the lighting bug, where you leave a chunk and regardless of what lighting there is there it is pitch black. I found a work around is to hook up a system of redstone lamps and circuits so you can flick a switch and fix it but this is an expensive mid/late work around and a temp one at that.
Now for me the last five times I have logged into the server I have heard thunder and rushed out of my mines to see wide spread fires. The fires having been started in several chunks. The sky is perfectly clear and the chunk been unloaded until I have logged on to the server. I've also had to deal with skeleton horsemen in the middle of the sunny midday. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
The last thing I will note is that I cannot adjust my window screen without it crashing or minimize minecraft. I've attempted to use their bug tool but the fact it wants me to make an account and give them my first and last name is a game breaker for me. I refuse to make yet another account to simply report an error or bug to Mojang. I assume this last paragraph will get me in trouble for being out of place.
Regardless of what they do, I still want to support this game. I've been with it before the nether was a thing and hope to be with it even longer.
