Although it was not written what that was my account fraudulently used by others ?
or what kind of state it was, but it was written only that the registered e-mail address for restored my account.
and I could login right, and could play game at last
This is just report for all.
I'm sorry to my not good English I have to say that before all.
I having a trouble with my account on PC-version(Java version) of game.
Please give me any helps or advices as much as possible
I couldn't login to my account suddenlly(game-launcher and mincraft.net) at 22/March.
I made many "Password Reset" requests, but I was not able to receive an e-mail.
(I'd checked my virus/spam folders in mail box too of course)
I didn't know a cause is minecraft's server or migration by others, so I sent message for Customer-Support, and I could get only auto matical reply about my request.
However, the reply from the support has not come yet in over 30days.
so I tryed to conttact with MojanSupport on twitter after 10days later, but he/she gave me only one answer link to "When will I hear back?"
I had worry about my e-mail for that is dont able to get reply from support, so I'd try to send again message with my other e-mail at 1 and 16/April too.
However any reply was not come yet from support I could get only an Auto-Reply about my request though.
and I still can not login to my account and can not play game as long as about 40 days.......
and now, What sould I do ? Is there anything I need to do now ?
Should I have to wait for reply more days ?
Please geive me your any idea or helps......

I would feel relieved a little if I can get any reply like yours if even its simple, but of course its very disappointing that they do not have it.yet....X(
I also know that Mojan's servers often don't work properly.
So I can not be convinced that my message was correctly transmitted to them, so it's frustrating that I can not do anything.
I can not believe the current situation that has been neglected for 40 days for the serious problems users still having.
And I feel even nervous about their support unfortunately...... orz
