Hello, when I try to launch the launcher it appears.
I updated drivers, checked for viruses, adwcleaner also used, deleted several times, downloaded again and installed the game. What a strange game directory is empty, just a launcher shortcut, is this how it should be on the first launch?
You may need to reinstall the locally installed files that Minecraft puts into place. To do so, press your Windows+R keys, type in %AppData% at the dialog, and press Enter. In the window that appears, open the .minecraft directory, and delete everything except for the saves directory that you see therein.
Next, go to Control Panel, and click on "Uninstall a Program" (may also be called "Programs and Features"). Then, right click on the Minecraft entry and select "Uninstall". Afterwards, restart your PC, then download and run the .msi at https://minecraft.net/en-us/download. Then, try running Minecraft again.[/p]
I did what you indicated above, unfortunately it did not help.
I opened the nativelog.txt file and saw the line "
Couldn't load launcher core from C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Minecraft Launcher \ game \ launcher.dll: LoadErrorNotPresent
"
Opened the folder with the launcher, and there is only a shortcut in the game folder is empty
You may need to try running Minecraft with a blank slate.
To
do this, press your Windows+R keys, type in %AppData% at the dialog,
and press Enter. In the window that appears, find the directory called .minecraft and right-click it to rename. Rename it to oldminecraft. After that, open up the launcher and run Minecraft again.[/p]

Note that the error is referring to the location where the launcher itself is installed, not the .minecraft folder, and it appears to be unable to load "launcher.dll":

That is to say, the actual launcher is installed to the Program Files folder like most other programs, and a failure for the launcher to start is likely due to an issue with this folder (the Java runtime is also located here not in .minecraft, which only has the actual game and associated files).
Because of this, you want to uninstall the launcher and reinstall it; I did not see an uninstaller in the folder but you can go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> select Minecraft and "uninstall". Note that before you do this make sure you save anything in the .minecraft folder (saves, mods, resource packs; I'm not sure if this will actually delete the .minecraft folder but to be safe you want to save anything in it. Note that any corruption in this folder is extremely unlikely except for modded versions and data like saves/resource packs/configuration files since the launcher will redownload any files which have a bad checksum (as many people who try to manually mod the game find out).

I tried to update the system (Win 7), and it broke, I think when I reinstall it, it will work))

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
Finally, I reinstalled the system and the game was installed normally, thanks to everyone for their help.
