As stated in the title a modded native minecraft launcher using the twitch/curse client wont download jopt-simple-4.5.jar. I have no idea whats wrong or how to fix it, its been happening to all my modpacks even after uninstalling and reinstalling the client. vanilla works fine and other mod launchers such as AtLauncher work fine as well
Any help is appreciated, ive been using twitch since the switch from curse to twitch, and this is the first time ive had issues

Uninstall ByteFence.
See for Known Incompatible Software here: https://minecraftirc.net/support-articles/known-incompatible-software/
If it doesn't work, post a HijackThis log.
Download it here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5 beta/HijackThis.exe/download
Run HijackThis as Administrator, click on "I accept", then "Do a system scan and save a log file".
Then a text file will open. Copy everything, then paste it on https://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
It seems to be a problem with the wrong file on the original mc server.
I dowloaded a copy here, put it in the desired location an now it works:
