I've been playing on the new snapshot (19w08b) on one of my worlds created in 1.7.3. I've done a substantial amount of work on this world over the past week or so, so I don't really want to loose it.
Basically, if I start walking towards an area of my base, the game crashes with the "Ticking entity" error.
I've read the log file and it says it is a horse. I've tried opening the game to LAN to enable cheats and creative mode to kill the horse at the stated location but the game still crashes. Here's the log:

I've also tried MCEdit but that crashed upon loading the world (I think that was down to the terrain generation being different however)

If your world is important to you, you make regular backups of it and stay away from snapshots. They are for testing purposes only.
I know this and I have a backup, I was more wondering if I can do anything else to remove the entity in question.
I think the only thing you can do in a crash like this is delete the entity, sorry!
