I purchased Minecraft for my son in, I believe, 2011 when he was 5 years old. He is now nearly 13 and still playing. I also purchased Minecraft for myself a few months later. We have tried multiple times to migrate his account and have been unable to do so as both purchases were linked to an email address I no longer have. I also cannot locate the transaction ID for each purchase. Please help.
