So every time I start up minecraft, with plain vanilla 1.12, once it loads up, I join a server, and shorty after, around 30 seconds at max, it freezes and then crashes and gives me an error code, https://imgur.com/pWshAdw this is a image of the data log of it crashing, as well as my nvidia experience window to show that my drivers are indeed up to date. I would appreciate any help with this issue, thanks in advance owo

my game still runs at over 100 fps and talking about how old my pc is isn't helping with the crash problem
