Hey, so I've been all around the web trying to figure out what's wrong with either my PC or my Minecraft, but I can't find anything that works.
Basically, I open the launcher, hit play game, and it starts up but freezes on the mojang screen. I have to physically exit the window and it doesn't give me a crash report or anything. When I tried to launch with the Output window open, it stopped at "Using default game log configuration client-1.12.xml (outputs XML)."
I've uninstalled minecraft (and deleted all related folders) multiple times. Then did the same for Java and got the most recent version. Then deleted both at the same time and re-installed both. Still nothing works. I don't know if this is a software or hardware issue, so any help would be appreciated.
Also, side note, these issues first started occurring around the release of 1.13. Maybe that's relevant? Just no one seems to be having the same issue as me.

Thank you so much! This worked and apparently I had over 150 things on my computer so pretty sure it helped a lot more than just Minecraft!
