Your using VBOs, glDrawArrays is called, which is used by VBOs. Disable VBOs. I fyou want to use VBOs update your graphics card drivers. Please type Device Manager in search, and post whatever is under Display Adapters (Your graphics card).
That Intel Graphics is well below the requirements for minecraft, get a dedicated graphics card (Not possible on a laptop) or use another computer to play Minecraft.

so why has it been working for months? Also like i said it runs 1.13.1 and the lastest snapshot just fine. It's only 1.13.2 that it crashes after opening a world on.

here is rest of error stuff: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/jpsVHvtKB8/
When exactly does it crash?
sorry, the game will start and I can choose a world. It crashes with in a minute of opening a world.
Also, i just checked and it runs normally in the latest snapshot and with 1.13.1, so it looks like the problem is with 1.13.2
Turn off VBOs in video settings of MC.
They're already off.
Post a dxdiag log http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/pixel-format-not-accelerated/support/
