I get very similar reports for all 1.12 packs I have downloaded and tried (Colonial Exploration, Stoneblock 2, Skyworlds, Project Ozone 3, Foregoing, and Life in the Village). Vanilla plays with no issues, both single player and on a server.
I have no problems playing modpacks for older versions that I have been able to download (Ultra Modded Revival and Agrarian Skies II) All Vanilla configurations that I have tried play normally without issue 1.12.2, 1.13.2, 1.13.1, 1.10.2, and 1.11.2.
I have tried deleteing both Minecraft and the twitch launcher and reinstalling them, used the 'fix minecraft' option, deleted all 1.12 configurations from the MC launcher, updated my graphic card drivers, updated java, disabled my antivirus, etc. and nothing worked.
I have been all over google and tried just about everything I could find on the issue including deleting the w that was in the java executable window where it had " C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_51\bin\wjava.exe " (now changed to " C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_51\bin\java.exe ") that had fixed a similar problem for someone back in 2013 ish
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: EnderCorePlugin was instantiated twice?
Looks like the Twitch launcher incorrectly updated the modpack without deleting outdated mods. Remove outdated mods in folder mods.

Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
Click on the three dots and click Local Files (also under Documents/Curse/modpacks/instances/stoneblock/) and click on the mods folder, then delete one of the two EnderCorePlugins.
Upon further inspection of the mod list there were TONS (106 I think it was) duplicates, I went through and deleted all the older versions and the game still crashes.
Update Java and set the path to it in the profile.

there is no 'Java instillation' option I assume you are talking about 'Java Executable' anyways I changed it to the latest java update, closed the window and went to open the pack, and I'm still getting a crash.

Still two EnderCores, you can see what the problem is where it says ...Error: EnderCore initialized twice
Try moving the mods to your .minecraft folder and running Minecraft from there, the Twitch Minecraft jar seems to be corrupted. Twitch will auto add duplicates too.

I had removed endercore for a previous test and when it did nothing to help or hinder it I undid the delete.
Stoneblock had been working fine and then stopped loading a few months ago, I downloaded other 1.12 packs to test them and they wont load either, they crash same as stoneblock. I'll get crash reports for each one posted, all tries/reports are done with 10GB of ram allocated to the game.
Updated Stoneblock: (played without issue previously, updated to most recent update and it still played normally for a couple months)
Version 3.0.35 ProjectOzone3: (downloaded AFTER 1.12 packs wouldn't play as a test, HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED, doesn't come up with the crash screen, but says its running even though it isn't, have to 'close' it with task manager)
Sorry it took so long to get back, internet stopped working last night and Twitch decides that it couldn't find my 1.12.2 MC profile, so deleted and re did the profile, and then Twitch decides that it 'may have became corrupt' so it needed to be downloaded again.
So Twitch, Java, and 1.12.2 profiles have all been updated once again, graphics card drivers were updated again the other night as well as it had a legitimate update available.
Try deleteing the modpack then delete the versions folder and reinstall the pack again.

Your Minecraft instance that Twitch is using is corrupted.
Go to Documents/Curse/Minecraft and delete the folder "Install". Then go into twitch and click on Mods, Minecraft, then "Download".
If this does not fix the problem and your mods still will not launch, go to Documents/Curse/Minecraft/Instances/(modpack)/mods and copy every mod in that folder to Users/(user)/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/mods.
If you cannot find the AppData folder, thats because it is hidden. Enable hidden files, or go into Minecraft and go to Resource Packs and press "Open Resourcepack Folder" and that will open the Minecraft foler, or press Windows key + R and type %appdata%/Roaming into the popup dialogue.
Got it deleted, working on trying to get it installed, internet chooses now is a good time to slow down to a screeching halt, figures right.
In the mean time I tried moving Stoneblock to the Mods folder of the .minecraft section and when I open the launcher click "Launch Options" (like how I did with optifine previously) and cant find it.

Okay, I went in there and only saw one and did a quick search in the file and deleted the older one and that didnt change anything, still crashing.

Update Java and set the path to it in the profile.
Java has been updated previously, about a week or two ago Problem has been around for a good 2 or 3 months.
How do I set the path to it?
Open the Minecraft Launcher > menu button > Launch options > select your profile > toggle "Java installation" click "Use bundled Java runtime" and browse to the Java installation.

YAY! Thank you so much Big_Bad_E! The 1.12 modpacks are loading through the Twitch app again! deleting and reinstalling the instance worked.
Your welcome!
