Hello. I don't know where else to post this. My Mojang account was hacked and its e-mail changed and my password changed, but, my user id/name was kept. I have contacted Mojang support via their online support form on the 29th of January, but I never received a response. I then called up Microsoft, and I talked with them for about 30 minutes and they gave me a number to call. I called said number and it was out of service.

Your best bet at this point is returning the call to Microsoft and explaining that the number they gave you was out of service.
Keep an eye on your support form; it's possible Mojang has received a ton of similar issues, and hasn't been able to get to yours just yet.
