make sure drivers are upto date (use manufactures websites NOT windows update)
run a malware scan
Try an ADWCleaner scan. ADWCleaner is an utility to clean a PC which is infested with malware. Download it by clicking here. Run a Scan, Clean anything it finds, restart the computer, and try Minecraft again.
the reddit page link to incompatible software page isn't working, atleast it won't open on click, have to rightclick and open as new page for me
