I recently got back into Minecraft last week and all has been fine until my world started lagging very insignificantly but did drop me a few frames down so I installed Optifine and it put me back to around 150 Fps hours later the game is now lagging really hard dropping me to 20-30 Fps my settings are all the way up so I put them to the lowest possible setting and it still lags i figured out that the rendering seems to be the lag cause when i look at the floor or turn rendering all the way down i get again 200 Fps my world isn't cramped and still is pretty open I went to vanilla Minecraft and still got 30 Fps and the weird part is, is that last night it somehow was working 150 Fps with max settings like it used to. Now the game went right back to being slow. My computer is decent enough and its not the graphics either considering that it just started doing this and the Fps doesn't get higher when i lower the graphics nor raise them its just the rendering and i guess if minecraft wants to work properly because it worked last night
also this picture was from my phone since Print Screen wouldnt work or snipping tool on minecraft and for a reminder I know my computer isnt the best but it still usually holds 150 fps on minecraft
Also here is a Lagometer of when i was looking out into the biome compared to looking straight down
Green=rendering
So its easy to conclude that rendering is the problem but why does it only appear to be the problem occasionally because yesterday it was lagging then went back to being smooth but today it has never fixed itself this is weird and doesn't seem like there is a explanation to all of this

Turn off mipmapping.
