Hello, ive had this problem a few times now but this time i can not solve it, ive tried re-dowloading my mods and still doesnt work also when i delete my 1.8.9 mods it keeps saying other things which isnt a mod. if anyone has any clue please tell me in the comments thanks,

Maybe look at the fml log like it tells you to?
