Im on vanilla, checked in 1.13, 1.12 and 1.8, updated java, reinstalled Minecraft.
upon entering fullscreen I get black screen tear which moves across my screen, Minecraft also crashes if I exit full screen or try to tab out of Minecraft.
Im playing at 4k resolution, at 60hz with V-sync turned on, ive tried it whilst off.
ive updated my Graphics card driver
