I tried to play Minecraft 19w03c on my Computer. Its not the fastest pc but i think its not because of that. My Specs: ATI Mobility Radeon 3400HD, Core2Duo, 4GB Ram, Windows 7. Minecrafz versions like 1.13 work without problems. Is there any way to fix this issue? Let me explain how it looks: Everything is black and bugging around, changing color and i can see through the ground. I installed all drivers on the newest version and i have Java 8
Your computer is well below Minecraft's system requirements, you can be happy it is working at all. Play the version that works, in the meantime time to look for a new computer.
