About every five seconds my minecraft pauses for three seconds and then resumes. If I play without forge then I have a perfect gameplay, without any crashes. I'll reply to any questions or comments. I just need some help.
Certain versions of Forge for 1.12.2 had serious lag issues. Try either upgrading or downgrading Forge till you find a workable version.
