Error message has displayed twice now. Found that when trying to access my friend's realm, it has vanished from my list of available realms. Other (expired) realms are still listed. Have they just removed me or is this an error with the game? Tried extending the subscription of my own realm, but was unable to log in with my existing credentials. Followed the prompts to change my password, but the new password still doesn't work. Have tried logging in to minecraft.net but the credentials don't work there either. Still able to play the game and log into the client fine, but can't access realms now for the above reasons. Tried submitting a support ticket but whenever I do, I'm prompted to complete a captcha that doesn't appear on the page. Have tried submitting the support ticket again without adblockers but am unable to do so at all. Not sure what to do.

Have tried contacting them via this form: https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new?ref=footer but as stated previously, it prompts me to complete a captcha that doesn't exist, so getting through to them is impossible. At this stage I'm considering either creating a new account or giving up and uninstalling forever. Is there another way to contact support? Try re-installing Minecraft completely.

Contact Mojang, they are the only people that can help with account issues.
