I had tried to make a custom modpack just for fun and had stumbled across this problem. I don't know what to do and in case it is one of my mods, here is the list:

I've fixed the problem, but for some reason, my game keeps on crashing every time I open up an interface, whether it be my inventory, or a furnace or crafting table.
