Went in holidays 2 weeks ago, just to get back home 4.jan and try to play some Minecraft today. Somehow, my account got compromised and I couldn't log in. After reseting the password, I managed to access my account, just to discover that somehow, my security questions got changed/reset (yes, they were set. all 3 of them). I have to mention that old password was secure enough, with uppercase, numbers and letters mixed in. Also, no one was home in this time and no one had access to my computer, that in all this time was shut down and disconnected from internet/grid. Also, I didn't connect to the server(s) from anywhere in this time.
Yet, with all the security that I had on my account, someone somehow managed to change my password and access my account.
Even worse, in the 27.12.2018, that someone has changed my ingame name, that I can't change for 30 days, somehow (19 days left).
Can someone from security support team get back to me to manage to fix this issue or locate the person that managed to log into my account, via IP or other methods? Thanks in advance.
If I would have found some directions to follow there, I wouldn't post this here. Also, if you want to be helpful, at least post some useful and more specific link, not general stuff that most of people in my situation already checked. Thanks.

I'm glad you're getting it resolved. No one was trying to be rude, that link I posted was actually just one click from the page Tails1 gave you. The problem is that no one here is from Mojang so all we can do is point you to them.
