Never had this issue before, I migrated to a brand new system and after installing driver after driver - even flashing my bios - I installed minecraft and the 1.5.2 version continues to produce this bug. I play on 1.5.2 because that's the version that better than wolves development stopped on
I have tried to resolve this by:
deleting and reinstalling Minecraft client 3 times now
trying a different mouse
Ensuring I have the most up to date java 64 bit
Not even installing the Mod in question and simply playing vanilla 1.5.2
If I update to the most recent version of Vanilla this bug does not produce this effect.
I'm at a loss as to how to play the mod now as i've pretty much ruled out the mod is causing it. It must be something on my system doing it
Update: While screwing around with settings I found that if I DO NOT run vanilla MC 1.5.2 in fullscreen mode the issue completely goes away. The issue becomes more strange when I Maximize the screen with the large square icon on the top right of the client window, the MC viewer fills the screen almost completely but the task bar and the window border are still visible, and from a maximized setting I then hit f11 to go into fullscreen, suddenly the magnitude of the cursor drift when entering and exiting the inventory screen is diminished dramatically. My cursor still drifts down in fullscreen but not as much when I enter Fullscreen mode from the largest possible windowed setting I can manage on my 27 " screen.
