Whenever I get on the multiplayer menu the servers say there online and seem to have no problem, but when I try to join I see the text "Joining..." for a brief second and then get this: Failed to login: the authentication servers are currently down for maintenance. Before you say it, the servers weren't down. Normally I would, A: Load up a new version and load back to previous version B: Log off Minecraft and log back in C: Restart my pc entirely. This would normally work but as of late, it's not. I know it's not my antivirus (Norton Security) on my computer because I have allowed Minecraft and Java through the firewall. I have a feeling it's my router and if so I will post on their forms as well. I mainly posted here because to be blunt, they say this will make it less safe and you are just out of luck.
